Once at this website, go to the left hand side column and click on ‘Tutorials’, then ‘SMS Tutorials’, then ‘Webpage Construction Tutorials’, then ‘Microsoft Word Webpages’ then ‘Create a website using Microsoft Word 2007 (includes instructions for Word 2003)’.  It may take a minute or two to download the pdf file.  To do that you need to already have downloaded  the free Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 program from www.adobe.com Once at their website look for the ‘Get Adobe Reader’ button and click to download.
