  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as contact names and addresses are given to us with the consent of the individual concerned. Once on our website we cannot be held responsible for what happens to that PII and how it is used by 3rd parties.
  • We assume no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of our website. The information contained on the website is provided on an “as is” basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timelines.
  • St Chads Church reserves the right to change, alter or delete content from the site at any point without giving prior notice
  • In volunteering PII to us through the website such as comments, magazine delivery requests, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the website and to our privacy policy. If you do not want us to have any PII please to not share it with us

Lodge and Common Magazine terms and conditions

  • The views, opinions and beliefs of the various contributors to this magazine do not necessarily reflect those of St Chads Church or the Church of England.
  • (PII) such as contact names and addresses are given to us with the consent of the individual concerned. Once printed in the magazine we cannot be held responsible for what happens to that PII and how it is used by 3rd parties.
  • We always seek to have the author of each article listed, where it is not listed, you as the reader of the magazine have the right to ask for the author a particular piece within the magazine
  • We are not liable if the magazine is not printed in time to promote or advertise a particular event or activity.
  • St Chads Church assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of the magazine. The information contained in Lodge and Common is provided on an “as is” basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timelines.
  • We ask for an annual donation of £3 or for a donation of 30 pence per issue. Neither donation brings with it any transactional benefits such as a guarantee of having the magazine delivered to the door.
  • Consent is required to have the magazine delivered to your door; delivery is only available to those living within St Chads Parish. Whilst we are keen for a wide distribution of the magazine we cannot guarantee delivery and cannot be held responsible for any consequences of failing to deliver the magazine.
  • The magazine is shared as a PDF document via e-mail with those who have requested it and may be available through our website. We cannot be held responsible for what 3rd parties do with a digital copy of the magazine
  • St Chads Church reserves the right to change, alter or cancel Lodge and Common printing and distribution at any point.

Submissions

  • In submitting a piece to this magazine you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this magazine
  • We reserve the right to edit or withdraw an article/information for submission with or without the permission of the individual submitting the piece.
  • Submissions should be made by the 6th day of each month, for inclusive in the following months edition either by e-mail: magazine@stchadsc.org.uk, left at the back of church in the envelope provided, or put through the vicarage door
